Arlington Children's Theater
Arlington Children's Theater (ACT) is a nonprofit community organization dedicated to creating positive theatrical experiences for children aged 5 through 18. ACT is an all-volunteer organization, made up of like-minded families who wish to have fun and work hard to bring theater to life.
Parents and families are a vital part of ACT. Each production relies on the participation of adult volunteers involved in every aspect of the show: lighting, costumes, make-up, set construction, set crew, etc. Some of those who work on our productions do not have children in the cast. This is a labor of love, motivated from a love of children and theater.
Participation in an Arlington Children's Theater production is open to any child, from any town, who is willing to work with the directors and fellow actors. No prior theatrical experience is required.
