Mount Sunapee Resort is conveniently located in southern New Hampshire in close proximity to Interstates I-89 and I-91.

The mountain offers 65 trails over 230 skiable acres. Great for families - Sunapee is a very social mountain. You'll often find all sorts of family tailgates on 'The Beach' at the base of the mountain.

Mount Sunapee is family owned an operated by Tim and Diane Mueller, who are also the owners of Okemo Mountain Resort in Vermont. This is a much smaller mountain than Okemo. Since there is only one high speed express quad (the other is much slower), and one triple; the lines get really long during peak season

Ski School:
PSIA Ski & Snowboard School with private and group instruction available. Children’s ski and snowboard programs and learn-to-ski & snowboard packages. Mount Sunapee is home to the New England Handicapped Sports Association (NEHSA) and offers ski lessons, racing programs, and recreational skiing services to disabled skiers.

Childcare:
Mount Sunapee’s Mother Goose Childcare offers childcare with full- and half-day sessions available. Lunch is included with all full-day sessions.

On I-89 North, take Exit 9 and head west on Rte. 103 for about 16 miles. We’re on the left, just after the town of Newbury.

On I-89 South, take a right off Exit 12A and follow to Route 11. Turn right onto Route 11 and follow to 103B, which will take you to the Mount Sunapee traffic circle.

On I-91, take Exit 8 (in Vermont), and go east on Rte. 103 through Claremont and Newport. We’re on the right off the Mount Sunapee traffic circle.

great skiinglong lines

The skiing was great. There were tons of people and the wait for the lifts are very long. The runs are really beautiful and wide so it is great for beginners on the mountain as well as for more experienced skiiers.
