Our World Children's Global Discovery Museum, founded in 2001, is an educational, and social learning center for children ages 1-8. For toddlers and younger children, there are playing stations that encourage imagination & pretend play, and displays to promote learning. All ages will enjoy the museum's newest addition, The Ship, along with our theatre area, and the outdoor playground. The Ship provides a fun place to climb, slide, and explore. Throughout the year, the theme of the ship showcases a new historical event or destination.
Although landlocked in our Museum, children are able to travel to a new country or time period in history.
The Museum has a kitchen area for parents to use, and tables for a snack or lunch break. The Playground has picnic tables and benches. An elevator is available to access both floors of the Museum.
Look for classes like Music Together and Creative Dance and Movement. Birthday parties are also available.
