Celebrate Gigi the gorilla’s birthday during a party inside Franklin Park Zoo’s Tropical Forest Gigi, a western lowland gorilla, will turn 40 in July. In honor of this special day, Franklin Park Zoo is throwing a birthday party for her on Sunday, July 15.

Visit the Tropical Forest to see the gorilla exhibit festively decorated and watch as Gigi and all of the gorillas enjoy birthday treats made especially for them! Additionally, visitors can sign a giant birthday card for Gigi and learn more about her and the other gorillas.

The gorillas will go on exhibit at 10:30 a.m.
