Spend a memorable day with family on Martin Luther King Jr. Day In honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day on January 21, we have a host of activities planned at Franklin Park Zoo.
Spend a memorable day with family and friends, learn more about incredible animals as well as ways you can contribute to a healthy, thriving planet.
Activity schedule:
• 11:00 a.m. – Zookeeper encounter, Bird’s World.
Look for the sign in the Bird’s World entry way.
• 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. – Get creative with crafts at the crafts table located inside the Tropical Forest.
• 11:30 a.m. – Storytime in Hippo Theatre (Tropical Forest)
• 1:30 p.m. – Stop by the biofacts table located inside the Tropical Forest.
• 2:00 p.m. – Don’t miss the daily forage feed for the gorillas inside the Tropical Forest.
• 3:00 p.m. – Zookeeper encounter, Franklin Farm
