An Intro to Animal Welfare and Ethics- middle schoolers
The MSPCA is offering an after-school class just for you!
For five weeks, we will explore current animal welfare topics through lively discussions and activities.
Topics may include local and global issues such as animal shelters, animals in entertainment, legislation, hunting and poaching, human-wildlife conflicts, and careers working with animals.
The program will be led by Marla Andrews, a life-long animal advocate and educator, who holds an M.Ed.
in Humane Education and Animal Welfare.
The class will be held Tuesdays 4:00pm-5:30pm, starting January 10th through February 7th, 2017, at the MSPCA Boston Adoption Center.
