Join us as we learn about women who have made SMART (science, math and art) contributions throughout history.
Today we’ll be joined by a local 'Smart Gal', veterinarian Dr. Daphne Flessas from Acton Animal Hospital.
Together we will see if we can find Abby’s heartbeat … what the inside of a dog’s ear look like … and much more.
You can try out the role of a veterinarian and use tools to observe Abby, the Labrador Retriever.
Lots of pets and hugs will be the perfect reward for our patient “patient.”
Abby is a certified Therapy Dog from the Pets & People Foundation, which means she’s happy to meet both enthusiastic dog-lovers and anyone who’s curious but might be shy.
