Join us this weekend for some live animals from Drumlin Farm and Joys of Nature. On Saturday, learn how farm animals get ready for winter, and on Sunday, meet some creepy animals including large snakes, lizards, tarantulas and other spiders.
Saturday Oct. 16 10:30am - Farm Animals
Debbie Lamb from Mass. Audubon will bring animals from Drumlin Farm and explain how farm animals get ready for winter.
This program will be held outside.
$5 adults $3 seniors and children
Sunday Oct. 17 1:00pm - Creepy Crawly Animals
Joy Marzoff from 'Joys of Nature' helps us get ready for Halloween by bringing some creepy animals including large snakes, lizards, tarantulas and other spiders.
$5 adults $3 seniors and children
Maximum $20 for families.
Advanced registration for both programs not necessary but can be made at info@spellman.org
Special activities will include stamp hunts, puzzles, and arts and crafts. Children can make a free collection of animals on stamps to take home.
