During this workshop participants will have the opportunity to meet the “educated” hens from Waltham Fieods Community Farm and learn all about the fascinating world of chickens and eggs.10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. and 11:30 am - 12:30 pm
Did you know that more than1600 different chicken breeds are recognized throughout the world?
During this workshop participants will have the opportunity to meet the “educated” hens from Waltham Fieods Community Farm and learn all about the fascinating world of chickens and eggs.
Participants will explore eggs and feathers through fun activities, and pet and feed a hen during our time together!
This program is for children age 3 and up.
