Create art for Westford's Regional Art Competition held in March at the Parish Center for the Arts or for your home gallery. Children will be have the choice of three different stations. They can do all three or just one or two during the studio. Stations will include collage, painting and sculpture.

The instructor, Emily Piper, is known for her go-green art projects which often include recycled materials. Projects will not be 'prewrapped templates'. Imagination and inspiration are key to each project. Artists will be introduced to paper quilling, junkbox sculpture and stylistic painting using crayon resist, silhouette and more.

All materials are included in the fee. A healthy, nut-free snack is included as well as pleasant background music! Students will also get to participate in a few movement games to keep their creativity flowing! Morning studio is for children ages 5-7 and afternoon studio is for 8-12 year olds. The Parish Center for the Arts is located on Westford's Common at 10 Lincoln Street. Just one mile from the I-495 exit for Westford and located close to the junction of Routes 225 and 110.
