Families learn to make historic crafts at the Ipswich Museum.

September 18 - Family paper lantern making workshop with Deborah Cassady, 11am-12pm, $5. Come celebrate the upcoming Candlelit Walking Tour at the museum by decorating your own paper lantern to take home! All ages.

September 25 - Family tin lantern making workshop with Stacey Fraser-deHaan, 11am-12pm, $5. Come learn about historic metal lanterns in the museum's collection. Then, create your own tin can lantern to take home (perhaps to be used at the following weekend's 'Ipswich Illuminated' events)! Recommended for ages 6 and up.
