Pottery Painting GRAND OPENING - Join the party as we officially kick-off our Studio expansion and let your creative juices flow! Come at select times through the day to enjoy major $ savings on both Barefoot book titles and related pottery pieces. Dress in costume (optional) and join us for special story telling and pottery painting!

Themes include: Animals (10am); Monsters and Magicians (11:30am for ages 4+); Ballet (1:30pm); Princesses and Pirates (3pm). A very special vegetarian dragon eager to paint his plate! All Ages.

Free entrance and storytimes. Pottery bisque pricing varies. Pottery Studio fee wavied for noted Theme times; 1/2 off for all other pottery painting (10am-5pm).

Barefoot Books is located at 89 Thoreau Street in the Concord Depot. Take the MBTA's Fitchburg commuter rail line to the 'Concord' stop and you will arrive across the street from our Studio. If driving, we are just over 30 minutes northwest of Boston. Take Route 2W to Rte. 62E (RH turn at lighted intersection). Follow <1 mile to another lighted intersection; turn right onto Thoreau Street. Barefoot Books is 2 blocks ahead on your LH side. Free parking in lot alongside our building or in lot directly across Thoreau Street (in spots facing the street). Ample metered street parking.
