Take your child on a virtual world tour this summer as Barefoot Books celebrates various cultures and customs via this weekly Clay Club led by a clay and pottery Studio expert. Children (ages 5-8) and their parent/care giver can experience the fun and creativity of clay hand-building techniques.

Older children (ages 9-12) will explore clay using more in-depth hand-building techniques. $25 per class ($20 each with pre-purchase of 4 or more classes). Travel the World program participants pay $22 per class ($18 each with pre-purchase of 4 or more).

Barefoot Books is located at 89 Thoreau Street in the Concord Depot. Take the MBTA's Fitchburg commuter rail line to the 'Concord' stop and you will arrive across the street from our Studio. If driving, we are just over 30 minutes northwest of Boston. Take Route 2W to Rte. 62E (RH turn at lighted intersection). Follow <1 mile to another lighted intersection; turn right onto Thoreau Street. Barefoot Books is 2 blocks ahead on your LH side. Free parking in lot alongside our building or in lot directly across Thoreau Street (in spots facing the street). Ample metered street parking.
