Each 'third' Saturday of the month, October 2012-April 2013, join Lowell park rangers for an imaginative morning of free family arts and crafts, songs, and stories.

Come hang out with park rangers, get creative, and explore your city! Lowell National Historical Park invites families to Your City Saturdays, a monthly morning of free arts and crafts, stories, and songs that get kids involved in imagining Lowell’s past, present, and future.

Your City Saturdays takes place at the Lowell NHP Visitor Center each third Saturday from 10AM-12PM, October 2012 through April 2013.

Your City Saturdays is a free, drop-in event. From 10AM-11AM, participate in a family-friendly art project, led by park rangers. Activities will include stamping and printmaking, recycled art inventions, puppet making, window boxes, and more.

From 11AM-12PM, join in a sing-along, accompanied by ukulele and other fun instruments. Kids will also get to take part in a participatory read-aloud, featuring some favorite stories and their big imaginations. Join us!
