Children (age 6-10) are invited to join yoga instructor, Alissa Nicol, as she leads this one-hour workshop combining yoga and Mandala making, an ancient art form used in many cultures as a tool for self-discovery and meditation, this time using a protractor.

No prior experience needed.

Winter/spring art themes: 2/11 A Valentine for Me; 3/11 Zentangle; 4/8 Maze Meditations 5/13 Kirigami.

Ages 6-10.

Pre-registration required.

Barefoot Books is located at 89 Thoreau Street in the Concord Depot. Taking the MBTA's Fitchburg commuter rail line to the 'Concord' stop brings you across the street from our Studio. If driving, we are just 30 minutes northwest of Boston. Take Route 2W to Rte. 62E (RH turn at lighted intersection). Follow <1 mile to another lighted intersection; turn right onto Thoreau Street. Barefoot Books is 2 blocks ahead on your LH side. Free parking in lot alongside our building or in lot directly across Thoreau Street (in spots facing the street). Ample metered street parking.
