Children (age 7+) will have a ball transforming raw clay into durable, personalized bookends that depict their favorite three dimensional scenes.
Led by experienced ceramicist, Sarah Brow-Hill, children will try slab rolling, hand forming & cut out decorations, as well as embossing.
Age 7+.
$30 includes all materials, paints, glaze, 2 firings and required finishing work.

Barefoot Books is located at 89 Thoreau Street in the Concord Depot. Taking the MBTA's Fitchburg commuter rail line to the 'Concord' stop brings you across the street from our Studio. If driving, we are just 30 minutes northwest of Boston. Take Route 2W to Rte. 62E (RH turn at lighted intersection). Follow <1 mile to another lighted intersection; turn right onto Thoreau Street. Barefoot Books is 2 blocks ahead on your LH side. Free parking in lot alongside our building or in lot directly across Thoreau Street (in spots facing the street). Ample metered street parking.
