Kids (age 5+) can build an Amphora Jar (storage jar), while ages 7+ can choose to make either a Grecian Eye Cup (cup with eyes on it) or a Pyxis (round box).
These workshops are a three-visit process (building, then painting, then pick- up), offering a unique, creative experience.
Participants can also take advantage of a great discount on our Indy Reader Greek titles – buy one get one free!
Clay projects priced at $25/child.
Projects will be ready to paint (at no additional cost) in about a week.

Barefoot Books is located at 89 Thoreau Street in the Concord Depot. Taking the MBTA's Fitchburg commuter rail line to the 'Concord' stop brings you across the street from our Studio. If driving, we are just 30 minutes northwest of Boston. Take Route 2W to Rte. 62E (RH turn at lighted intersection). Follow <1 mile to another lighted intersection; turn right onto Thoreau Street. Barefoot Books is 2 blocks ahead on your LH side. Free parking in lot alongside our building or in lot directly across Thoreau Street (in spots facing the street). Ample metered street parking.
