Look for handmade, turned wood bowls and carved utensils; photographs; hand-painted kitchenware; oil paintings, watercolors, acrylics, pastels and colored pencil art pieces; lithographs; handmade silk purses and pillows, placemats and runners; Nigerian jewelry and accessories; handmade books and boxes, letterpress cards and broadsides; jewelry made from sterling silver, oxidized copper, semi-precious stones and pearls; notecards of original oil paintings and watercolors; wooden walking sticks; ceramic tiles; bonsai; knitted accessories; hand-sewn items for children and adults; and children’s art.
RiverArt takes place at the Forbes House Museum, 215 Adams St., Milton, from noon to 4:00PM on Saturday, September 30th.
The rain date is Sunday, October 1st.
Proceeds from RiverArt support the work of event hosts the Neponset River Watershed Association, an environmental nonprofit organization based in Canton, and the nonprofit cultural and education organization, the Forbes House Museum of Milton.
