Learn the basics of jewelry making (students learn how to cut metal, file, and solder) while creating a silver ring with a bezel set stone.
All materials are included.
Each student creates a practice copper ring and a finished silver ring, and then learns to set a stone upon the completion of these two tasks.
6 hour workshop running 10am-4pm
We also offer longer classes running 8 or 10 weeks.

By MBTA From the North: Take the Forest Hills bound Orange Line to Stonybrook Station. Once exiting the station turn left on to Boylston Street and head toward the intersection of Boylston Street and Amory Street. Make a right on to Amory and you will pass a park and a house with art outside the house (faces made of scrap pieces) Porter Street is the first street on your left if you see Sam Adams Brewery ..you have gone too far.

By car from Downtown and the South End: Take Washington Street south past Dudley Square, continue on Washington Street until you pass Columbus Avenue /Eggleston Square..reduce speed and continue for four blocks and make a right onto Boylston Street, continue up Boyslton Street until you reach a traffic light (Amory Street). Make a left on Amory Street and make your first available left (Porter Street). Stonybrook Fine Arts is located at the end of Porter Street on the left. You will see a metal sculpture of a unicorn near the parking lot.
We are located directly across the street from the Samuel Adams Brewery compound.
