Learn the basics of jewelry making in this introduction.
Beginners welcome!
Students use a torch to solder and anneal their metal, size, file, cut and finish their rings.
Practice rings in copper and finished rings in silver.
Afterwards, an exclusive, ArtWeek participant tour of the Sam Adams Brewery, located across the street!
Workshop minimum age 13 with parent or guardian permission.
Children are welcome on the Brewery Tour and can enjoy root beer.
We also offer 5 week jewelry classes.
Metal casting, welding, stone carving, jewelry making, mold making, and figure sculpture workshops are available.
Custom workshops are available as well, including: wedding ring workshops, teen welding intensives, and more!
