Hosted by LexArt at 130 Waltham Street, Lexington, MA the weekend opens with an Artisans Market 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Friday and features art made by LexArt members and studio artists at the Munroe Center.

The market will be open 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday as well.

The event is funded by the Community Endowment (CEL) of Lexington, an endowed fund of the Foundation of MetroWest.

Saturday and Sunday will feature art and craft activities and demos by LexArt and ArtSpan volunteers.

Come try your hand at making!

See artists in action!

Demos will include throwing clay on a potter’s wheel, painting, photo transfers on polymer clay, turning wood on a lathe and more.

Children’s activities include tie dying, leather tooling, face painting, printing with vegetables, or making bookmarks out of metal or hand decorated paper.

The demonstrations and activities will run from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Make a day of it!

Have lunch with Chicken on the Road on Saturday or Chubby Chickpea Sunday .

Mo’s Ice Cream truck will be there both days.
