Instructions will also be given in how to make unique envelopes and to use to send letters to friends.
The postage will be free.
Kids can also be made into stamps and send themselves a postcard.
That day the Museum will open its display of postage stamps honoring many famous women from America’s past.
Families will be asked to nominate a woman who should be honored by the Post Office.
Refreshments will be served and each child will receive a free packet of stamps plus make a free collection of women on stamps to take home.
Children can also become a free member of the Museum that day.
