Jolabokaflod is the Icelandic Christmas Book Flood, a tradition that started during World War II when paper was not rationed and giving books as gifts became a tradition.
Icelanders read their new books on Christmas Eve while sipping hot chocolate.
Share and sell your work with the local community just in time for the giving season.
Members of the public are invited to meet you, shop the book flood, make a blank book to take home, and purchase hot chocolate to enjoy!
