Yoga: Slow Flow with Patrice Morrison

Join us for a candlelit yoga class inspired by the transition between seasons.
Practice intention setting, breathwork, gentle movement and more.
This class offers optional essential oils to deepen relaxation and is open to participants of all levels – no experience necessary.
Please bring a mat if you have one.

As we celebrate the winter solstice, the longest night of the year, prepare by making your own source of light: a hand-rolled beeswax candle!

Join us for a performance by master harpist Mary King, showcasing Celtic, classical and seasonal tunes.
