A fun family event at the Worcester Center for Crafts! Get back to the basics while exploring contemporary and traditional techniques in paper craft - all with an eye for the recycled! Get inspired by taking a tour of Pulp Function, then visit the studios to put your creativity into action!

Papermaking, folding, cutting and mosaic murals from recycled paper, furniture from cardboard, paper jewels and designer paper clothes are some of the drop-in workshops open for families to explore. Step inside a recycling truck for a bird's eye view of how Worcester recycles. Learn about conserving our natural resources with a visit from Mass Audubon's Broadmeadow Brook! Fantastic art from recyclables - the best of both worlds!

FROM POINTS WEST & EAST VIA MASS. PIKE
Take I-90 (Mass. Pike) to Exit #10 (Auburn/Worcester). After tolls, bear
left onto I-290 toward Worcester. Get off at Exit #17. * At top of ramp, turn
left, go downhill and bear right at Rte. 70/290E. sign. Immediately get
into middle lane, bearing left at fork and continuing through light. Take
second right onto Grove Street. Go 2/3 mile and turn left onto Sagamore
Road after Tweed’s Pub. Craft Center is the second building on the left.

FROM PROVIDENCE
Take Rte. 146N. to I-290E (Shrewsbury). Take Exit #17 off I-290. Follow
directions above from *.

FROM THE NORTH
Take I-190S. Get off at Exit #1 (Rte. 12S) just after lake. Stay on Rte. 12.
Go straight through lights at Honey Farms. Turn left onto Sagamore Road
at next set of lights. Craft Center is on the right.

FROM NORTHEAST & RTE. 495
Take I-290W to Exit #18. Turn right at end of ramp, then immediately
bear right again (before lights). At next set of lights, turn right onto Grove
Street. Go 2/3 mile and turn left onto Sagamore Road after Tweed’s Pub.
Craft Center is the second building on the left.
