PMC is microscopic particles of silver suspended in an organic binder which creates a material similar to clay. This fun and exiting material can be shaped and textured to create amazing pieces of fine silver jewelry. At Worcester Center for Crafts.
In this class we will explore basic techniques for making fine silver jewelry with PMC. Topics covered include: types of PMC, tools, basic shaping, texturizing, stone setting, firing, burnishing, finishing, and patina. No previous experience with PMC is required. Class limited to 8 students.
