At noon on Friday, June 25, 2010 Brian Powell, Architectural Conservator at Building Conservation Associates and the first person to discover the wall art hidden beneath the beige paint of theThe Vilna Shul, Boston's Center for Jewish Culture, will tell the story of finding the paint back in 1996.

This is the first in a series of lunch time lecture/discussions on the wall art restoration at the historic Vilna Shul. This free series will include a guided tour of the magnificent wall art restoration. Water, chips and brownies will be provided. please bring your own appropriate lunch.
