Please join us at the Portsmouth Museum of Art for a live Kamishibai performance of 'One Thousand Cranes'. Kamishibai is a traditional form of Japanese street theater that rose to popularity in pre-WWII era Tokyo.

Children used to flock to these types of storytelling performances like they do to today's cartoons. Enjoy the storytelling while you eat Pocky candy. Children and families are encouraged to attend!
