Come see Kamishibai-a traditional form of Japanese street theater-performed live at the Portsmouth Museum of Art! Watch and listen to the story of 'One Thousand Cranes' performed just like it was in pre-WWII era Tokyo. Enjoy an afternoon of learning and fun while you experience this traditional form of storytelling.

This is the last Kamishibai session that will be held in conjunction with the Museum's SugiPOP! exhibition, so be sure to arrive early to get a seat!
