Students entering grades 3-5 can take classes in African Drumming, Dance and Song and Recorder and Folk Dance. Students entering grades 6-8 can take classes in World Music Beats and Junk Jam, a class in which students make music using household “junk.”
Each week-long course runs twice *with different curriculum* so families can sign up for multiple weeks. As an added plus, The Boston Conservatory teaches Zumba Express classes for adults at the same time as the youth programs -- offering something for the whole family!
