The Gibson House Museum:
About the Gibson House Museum:
The Gibson House Museum is an authentic Victorian row house located at 137 Beacon Street. Built in 1859, it is one of Back Bay’s earliest houses. The Museum is open to the public and preserved as a time capsule of daily life in the Back Bay. It serves as a museum of Victorian and Edwardian decorative arts and is a wonderful resource for understanding how people lived in the Back Bay in the 19th and early 20th centuries. The Museum is a National Historic Landmark and listed on the Massachusetts State Register of Historic Places.
The cost for each workshop is $35.00 per child. We are sorry but due to space constraints we have to limit enrollment to only 8 children per session.
