See a recreation of the 'alarm of 1775' when the Meetinghouse bell will ring and the Sturbridge militia will muster on the Common.
Special events include fife and drum music throughout the day and musket ball-making demonstrations. Visitors can also create a Revolutionary War musket cartridge.
Meet the men on both sides of the Revolution. A minuteman and a loyalist will talk about their differences - from uniforms to philosophy.
Young visitors are invited to learn how to drill and march with muskets on the Common, using instructions from the official 1776 drill manual.
