At the Old Schwamb Mill
Saturday, April 5, 2:30-4:30pm, Opening Reception for “Greek Idylls” Artwork by students of Arlington artist Adria Arch, inspired by a recent trip to Greece.
Featured artists include: Laurie Archonsky, Liz Bell, Diana Bourgeois, Carole Dallaire, Angele Desjardins, Margaret Furlong, Anne Goodwin, Karen Molloy and Karen Wihbey.
Mid-show reception May 3, 2:30-4:00pm.
Exhibition closes June 7.
The Old Schwamb Mill is an 1864 oval and circular picture frame factory and now a living history industrial museum listed in the National Register of Historic Places.
Open Tuesdays and Saturdays, 11am-3pm, for guided tours, gallery viewing and purchase of hand-turned museum-quality frames.
Shopping is available at the Shaker Workshops store in the mill’s 18th century barn: furniture, lamps, rugs, and unique gift items.
Mon-Sat 10am-5pm.10% discount for Mill members.
