On June 6th, Atlantic Works will be hosting the official kick-off event for Summer on the Waterfront with 2 artist talks from Nora Valdez and Tatayana Fazlalizadeh.

There will also be light refereshments provided which includes home made ice cream!

There will be a musical peformance on a glass harmonica performed by Vera Myer as well.

• Nora Valdez is scheduled to start her talk at 7:30pm
• Tatyana Fazlalizadeh is scheduled to start her talk at 8:00pm

June 7th and 8th, Atlantic Works will continue the kick-off party by hosting works from local artists in East Boston from 12pm - 6pm.

The Engendered Show will begin at 12pm as well and visitors will have the opportunity to talk with the artists about their works while sharing light snacks.
