Award-winning artist Julia Bringhurst Blake prefers to paint ‘What Matters’. Her interpretation of that is expressed through color and symbol as well as subject allowing clients and viewers to decide for themselves what matters.

Two Gallery Receptions: January 8, 5-7pm and Jan 10, 6:30-8pm Wellesely artist and Arts Wayland member, Julia Blake has an impressive ability to work across many categories from abstract to figure.

She tends to use vivid colors, high contrast and bold strokes to create aesthetic and meaningful works.

She lives in Wellesley with her husband and 5 of her 6 children.
