Calling all Arlington elementary school families!
Explore the Cyrus Dallin Art Museum and discover the art and life of Arlington’s celebrated sculptor!
On Saturday and Sunday, March 5-6th, the museum will be open exclusively to students and their families for tours, art hunts, and art making activities.
This fun, interactive program was developed in partnership with Arlington Public Schools to supplement the K-5 curriculum.
Children will learn how to observe, think, and talk about Cyrus Dallin’s sculptures and use their observations to discover fascinating details about Dallin’s extraordinary life, values, and his commitment to Arlington.
All participating ArtVenture families will receive a complimentary one-year family membership to the Dallin Museum.
Prizes will be given to children who complete all (or part) of the art hunt.
Tours will take place every half hour starting at noon.
