He has created symphonies, chamber music, choral music and film music.
He collaborates with extraordinary musicians including cellists Yo-Yo Ma and Carlos Prieto.
Zyman’s music captures the listener’s attention from the first measures to the last notes of each piece.
The Suite of La Mancha puts together three of his favorite instruments in a series of Cervantine evocations that are able to recall the essence of the Spanish music from the “Siglo de Oro” (Golden Century) and Cervantes’ travels and encounters throughout the Mediterranean world.
Sephardic and Middle-Eastern music are embodied in Zyman’s musical language.
