A time machine will bring you back to the “good old days” with this invitational exhibition filled with iconic imagery, Americana, typography, vintage fashion and design.
The combination of these three artists makes a harmonious display of American memorabilia.
Antonellis, a Boston designer and engineer is a traditional artist who focuses on pop culture.
His realistic oil paintings are an accurate representation of items in a time capsule.
His series of paintings of classic Las Vegas signage reveals his attraction to mid-century design.
Gabbard, a sculptor who runs a foundry in Hyde Park, uses LED lighting to make typographical 'Neon' formations with unexpected messages.
One series looks to the future with neon-infused sculptures inspired by the science fiction film Blade Runner.
Kaliontzis, a graphic designer from Boston, has combined her love of Americana and familiar iconic images with graphic design as fine art.
Many works are layered with vintage advertising and textured with half tones.
