From ordinary sailors to commodores and captains’ wives, these individuals took to pen and paper to tell the stories that together form CONSTITUTION‘s legacy.

Read a vivid first-hand account of the victory over HMS Java in 1812 – dictated by Commodore William Bainbridge and sent to the Secretary of the Navy.

Look through the pages of a 1797 'almanack' with handwritten notes on CONSTITUTION‘s launch attempts into Boston Harbor and see up close other exciting new acquisitions, including a writing box and implements used to send letters to loved ones away at sea.

7th Annual Rum Challenge

Cast your vote in the 7th annual Privateer Rum Challenge as bartenders from Alden & Harlow, Opus, and The Townshend return to compete in creating the evening’s favorite rum cocktail and raise your glass in a toast to CONSTITUTION‘s return to the water this summer!
