Massachusetts College of Art and Design continues the Spring 2023 Sharp Edges Design Speaker Series with Richard Watson and Dominic Jones: DESIGN ECOSYSTEMS.This conversation explores unique perspectives on the topic of designing an ecosystem of products and services that span physical and digital realms.

Richard Watson, a founding partner at Essential, is a leading advisor to companies on product innovation and an authority in the field of design strategy.
He leads the design direction of many products and services for a variety of industries and clients, including Dell, iRobot, Philips Home Healthcare, P&G, Johnson and Johnson, EMC and Puma.
He holds a Master of Arts in Industrial Design from Manchester Metropolitan University in England and a Bachelor of Arts in Silversmithing from Montfort University in England.
Dominic Jones, a leader with 25+ years experience managing marketing, strategy, insights, CX, UX, and design to deliver omni-channel solutions with significant business impact.
Proven record driving change, increasing engagement, delivering revenue growth, and scaling solutions through a customer-centric approach that fuses quant, qual, design thinking, and strategy.
Detailed knowledge of the playbook to accelerate adoption of disruptive consumer technologies while maintaining first mover dominance.
