Walpole Children's Theatre, Inc. is joyful to announce auditions for our upcoming production of ‘Jungle Book’ adapted from the Mowgli stories of Rudyard Kipling, written by Vera Morris, and directed by Justin Connolly.Come hear the incredible tale of Mowgli, a young child raised by wolves.
With the help of friends — the bear Baloo, the panther Bagheera and the python Kaa — Mowgli learns the ways of the jungle.
Some of the child's adventures are gripping, like encountering the Deserted City and others like the coconut-tossing monkeys are hysterical.
But the jungle is also dangerous, for it is the home of Shere Khan, the ferocious tiger who has vowed to destroy Mowgli.
Mowgli must use all his strength and courage to stop Shere Khan before it is too late.

Children aged 10-20 are welcome to audition.
No experience required!
Walpole Children's Theatre has been putting on high quality shows since 1969.
We love watching our young actors gain confidence, develop their public speaking skills, and put on best-in-class performances!
As always, WCT never charges a fee for kids to be involved in the production.
Auditionees will be asked to:

Perform the Madame Dido monologue
