Andrew Clements will inroduce his newest book, We the Children, book 1 of a new series Benjamin Pratt and the Keepers of the School. He will then sign copies of his books which will also be for sale. The event is co-sponsored with the Wellesley Booksmith.

Andrew Clements catapulted to fame soon after the publication of his novel Frindle, for which he was awarded the Christopher Award and sixteen state book awards. His subsequent novels have earned Clements a solid base of fans among elementary and middle school students, parents, and teachers! As one reviewer wrote in The New York Times, “Few contemporary writers portray the public school world better than Clements... his books feature the kind of humor that rings true for savvy young readers.”
