This special after-school event features four winners of the prestigious Newbery Medal, awarded annually to the most distinguished American children’s book published in the previous year.
Join past winners Lois Lowry (Number the Stars, The Giver), Jack Gantos (Dead End in Norvelt), Kate DiCamillo (The Tale of Despereaux), and Rebecca Stead (When You Reach Me) for a fun and fascinating discussion.
Moderated by Megan Lambert of the Center for the Study of Children’s Literature at Simmons College.
