This free event will feature special readings from Rosemary Wells, award-winning author of this year’s official campaign book, Bunny Cakes. In addition, families will be able to take part in free crafts inspired by Bunny Cakes, and all children will be awarded their very own World Record Reader Certificate.
An annual event, Jumpstart’s Read for the Record® celebrates literacy and promotes the need for high quality early education by encouraging adults and children nationwide to set a record for the largest shared reading experience
