Are you interested in learning more about human rights issues through stirring readings and great discussions? Then consider joining the Boston Firefly Project Summer Book Club as we explore human rights through fiction and non fiction selections and meet monthly for conversations and refreshments.

No previous human rights experience is necessary. Our first selection will be, Human Rights: A Very Short Introduction by Andrew Clapham and we’ll discuss it at our June meeting. Additionally, we’ll also discuss other selections for the rest of the summer. If you are interested in signing up, email bostonfireflyproject@gmail.com.

The Boston Firefly Project is an Amnesty International chapter of young professionals that provides opportunities for grassroots human rights advocacy, education and networking opportunities through community based events in the Boston area. Visit http://bostonfireflyproject.googlepages.com for more information. The Boston Firefly Project Summer Book Club is free and open to the public.
