Residents and visitors alike can find seasonal, locally sourced food from Massachusetts and New England, including fresh produce, meat and poultry, eggs, dairy, seafood, baked goods, specialty items, crafts, and prepared breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. Everything sold at the Market is produced or originates in New England, as the seasons allow.
In addition to the indoor, year round Boston Public Market (100 Hanover Street at Haymarket Station), the outdoor farmers market at Dewey Square on The Greenway offers farm fresh produce, meat and poultry, seafood, bread and baked goods, flowers, and an assortment of specialty and prepared foods from more than 20 New England farmers, fishers, and food entrepreneurs.
The Boston Public Market Association has operated seasonal farmers markets in downtown Boston for over 10 years. Dewey Square vendors are proud to accept SNAP/EBT for all eligible products.
The children's area features stuffed animals, books, crayons, and kid-friendly furniture. And unique designs of Lobstah Rockah furniture can be found throughout the market.
In 2022, the Boston Public Market opened an outpost at Logan Airport.
