The Boston Symphony Orchestra and Symphony Hall host the Simón Bolivar Youth Orchestra of Venezuela and acclaimed young conductor Gustavo Dudamel in a concert presented in cooperation with the New England Conservatory.

This program features Béla Bartók’s witty and powerful Concerto for Orchestra and Leonard Bernstein’s ebullient orchestral suite from his Broadway masterpiece West Side Story. Also on the program is a selection of orchestral works and arrangements from South America.

Family Concerts are designed for children ages 5 and up and their families.
