7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Trivia night at the Chelmsford Library, 25 Boston Road
Spend time with friends and family after-hours at the Library and test your trivia knowledge! Teams and individual are welcome, drinks and snacks will be available.
7:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Open Mic at the Chelmsford Center for the Arts, 1A North Road
Come and join Charlie Smith in an evening of live performance as local artists practice their craft in front of a live (and welcoming!) audience! Sign ups start at 7:30, show starts at 8pm. Tickets are $5 at the door, and there will be a cash bar.

9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Toy Story, Minecraft, Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings Themed Escape Rooms at Trinity Lutheran Church, 170 Old Westford Rd
Boy Scouts of America Venturing Crew 7 is hosting four mini-escape room challenges. All children are welcome to come and test themselves as they are challenged to solve a puzzle or problem related to the escape room theme. Once they discover the solution, they will escape or exit from the room. Each of the rooms will have a different degree of challenge ranging from easiest to more difficult. We invite small teams of family or friends to come, work together, and try to find a solution and escape! This is a free event however a donation would be greatly appreciated.
9:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Winter Survival, Pioneering, S’mores, Deep Frying, Campfire, Games, and more with Troop 75, Chelmsford Common
Find out what it takes to spend a night in the snow. Boy Scout Troop 75, sponsored by Trinity Lutheran Church, will be camping out on the town commons Friday night (starting at 6 pm). Come and join us on Saturday for great food cooked outside over hot coals such as s’mores, hot cocoa, and even home-made cinnamon and sugar donuts and a tour around our site featuring lashed camp gadgets, shelters, and winter survival gear. If the weather cooperates, there will be igloos and/or snow shelters to explore. Visit our campsite and have fun in the snow. Everyone is welcome to visit and to partake. No cost! Webelos are encouraged to attend to meet some of the Scouts and play some games.
9:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Chelmsford Cultural Council’s Photography Contest/Exhibit at the Chelmsford Library, 25 Boston Road

11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. The Central Cooperative Nursery School Winter Carnival, 1 Worthen St
Join Central Co-Op Nursery School on Saturday, February 1, 2020 for an indoor Winter Carnival at Central Congregational Church from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm. Try your skill at the game booths and play the raffle to win one of the many fabulous prizes sponsored by local businesses. Enjoy carnival-themed goodies and games, balloons, DJ and dance exhibitions, glitter tattoos, and fun for the whole family! The entrance fee is $5 per person, with a $20 per family cap.
11:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Chowder Fest, Free Family Fun and Entertainment at the Senior Center, 75 Groton Rd., N. Chelmsford
Come out of the cold and enjoy some hot, delicious food including our famous Clam, Fish and Corn Chowder! Also available for sale: Hot Dogs, Apple Crisp, Cookies and Coffee. Entertainment provided by local talent DJ Jon Mansfield. Free Kids Games, Prizes and Face Painting. Treasure Shop will be open.

2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Chelmsford Cultural Council Annual Winterfest Photography Contest, Chelmsford Library, 25 Boston Road
Stop in at the Library for this special Sunday event. The Cultural Council will be holding a reception for their annual Photography exhibit. Winners of the Photography Contest will be announced. Live music by the Doublenecks guitar duo – light refreshments will be served.
