Learn how to practice yoga with your baby! Join us for a workshop taught by April Bowling, RYT. You will be given all the tools you need to bring the gift of yoga home with you to the whole family. All you need to bring is baby and yourself! This workshop is for parents and babies who are not yet walking.

Space is limited so please register early by calling (978) 741-0800 or stopping by the store.

All participants receive a free Baby Yogi Onesie!
