Beginning in February, Nicole Trudel, certified Music Therapist and dance instructor will be offering Kosmic Kids Dance class for kids ages 2-4. Popular, current kids music is combined with percussive, world beats that children naturally respond to.

FREE TRIAL CLASS 2/16~8 week session begins 3/2 (no class 4/20)~prepaid registration and caregiver participation required)

This class will be an energetic 45 minutes long with lots of guided free dance and expression. It will include cool down time emphasizing breath, mindfulness, and self-calming techniques.

As a mother, Nicole knows how important it is to get your kids moving every day in an environment that is nurturing and fun, which is why she has combined her years of experience as a Board Certified Music Therapist and dance instructor to create this class just for kids!
